At Leeds GP Confederation, our Adult ADHD Service is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred assessments and treatment for neurodivergent adults.
Our multi-disciplinary team including Doctors, Specialist Nurses, and other Healthcare Professionals takes a needs-led and flexible approach, ensuring that every individual receives care that truly meets their circumstances and preferences.

If you are a patient, you do not need to complete any forms from the Leeds GP Confederation before contacting your GP. Your GP can access these.

Our Leeds site offers free on-site parking and is well served by public transport, making visits simple and stress-free. For patients referred from within West Yorkshire, if medication is recommended, the initial prescribing appointment must be face-to-face. This ensures compliance with the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) contract for Accredited Providers and supports safe, effective treatment.
